   2. Teal Toes will allow you to copy or use materials (such as text and logos) located on its Website for your own personal and not-for-profit use, in order to spread ovarian cancer awareness. Such use does not require Teal Toes’ written permission, provided that: (1) the copies must retain any intellectual property, proprietary, or other notices or disclaimers contained in the original materials, (2) you must give attribution to Teal Toes and if possible provide a link to the Teal Toes website, and (3) the material must be used in its entirety without modification, reformatting, adaptation, or adjustment. Failure to abide by these conditions will immediately terminate this permission. Additionally, Teal Toes may revoke this permission at any time, in our sole discretion.

   Please contact us if you are interested in obtaining permission to use the contents of the Website for purposes other than those allowed by these Terms of Use.

6. Except as described above, nothing in these Terms of Use gives you a right to use any of our trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names and other distinctive brand features, without getting written permission from Teal Toes.

8. If for some reason you have a dispute with us about the Website, the laws of the State of Maryland will govern that dispute, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Montgomery County, Maryland to resolve any legal matter arising from your use of the Website and/or these Terms of Use.
